SwiftTools is for everyone. To keep it that way, you agree not to use the site or its outputs in the following ways:
Prohibited uses
- Illegal activity. Anything unlawful under applicable law, including fraud, forgery, or producing deceptive documents.
- Harm to others. Generating phishing pages, malware delivery artifacts, harassment material, or disinformation.
- Abuse of the service. Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; scraping at abusive rates; circumventing consent or security controls.
- Infringing content. Processing material in ways that violate intellectual-property rights, such as stripping watermarks you don't own or removing DRM.
- Deceptive outputs. Presenting tool outputs (e.g. edited documents, generated QR codes, invoices) in ways that mislead others about their origin or authenticity.
Fair use
The tools are free for reasonable personal and commercial use. Automated bulk use that degrades the service for others may be rate-limited or blocked.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the inputs you provide and how you use the outputs. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we generally cannot see or moderate your activity. Which makes your own judgment the safeguard. When in doubt, don't.
Enforcement
We may restrict or block access for violations of this policy. If you believe a restriction was made in error, contact us via the contact form.
