This policy describes how Obaid Rahman ("SwiftTools", "we") handles information when you use swifttools-eight.vercel.app.
The short version
- Your files stay on your device. Our tools process files locally in your browser with JavaScript. We never receive, store, or see the files you work with.
- No accounts. We do not ask you to sign up, and we keep no user profiles.
- Nothing tracked inside tools. We do not record what you type, upload, or convert.
- Optional cookies only. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you accept them in our cookie banner. And you can change your mind anytime.

Information you give us
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can reply. We use this only to respond and do not share it.
Information collected automatically
Our web host may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you grant consent; they collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with IP anonymization enabled.
Cookies
We use three categories, described in detail in our Cookie Policy:
- Essential. Always on. Remembers your cookie choice and light/dark theme in your browser's local storage. No tracking.
- Analytics. Off until you accept. Google Analytics, only if we have configured an Analytics ID.
- Advertising. Off until you accept. Allows ad-network scripts to serve ads in labeled placements, only if we have configured an AdSense client ID.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer (or clearing your browser storage). Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not delete data already aggregated by third parties.
How we use information
- To operate and secure the website.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To understand aggregate usage (only with your analytics consent).
- To display ads (only with your advertising consent).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the consent-gated analytics/advertising providers named above.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Because tool inputs are processed locally and never sent to us, there is nothing else to retain or delete.
Children
SwiftTools is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Contact us via the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.
