Advertising Policy

SwiftTools is free because it is supported by advertising. This policy explains how ads appear on the site and the standards we hold them to.

How ads work here

  • Consent-gated. Advertising scripts (e.g. Google AdSense) load only after you accept advertising cookies in our consent banner. Reject them and you will see empty labeled placeholders instead of ads. The tools work exactly the same.
  • Clearly labeled. Every ad placement carries an "Advertisement" label so you can always tell sponsored content apart from our tools and articles.
  • No ad code runs without approval. Real ad-unit code is pasted by the site owner only after the ad account is approved; until then placements remain empty labeled boxes.

What we don't allow in ads

We configure our ad providers to exclude, to the extent their controls allow:

  • Ads that mimic SwiftTools' own interface or pretend to be tool output (fake "Download" or "Convert" buttons).
  • Misleading health, financial, or "get rich quick" claims.
  • Adult, gambling (where prohibited), or illegal-product advertising.
  • Ads that auto-play sound or take over the page.

Ad providers select specific creatives; if you see an ad that violates these standards, report it to us with a screenshot and the page URL.

Ads vs. editorial content

Advertisers do not influence our tools, blog articles, or rankings. A sponsored placement never affects which tool we recommend or how a tool behaves.

Your control

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to withdraw advertising consent at any time. You can also use browser extensions or network-level ad blocking. We won't break the site for you if you do.
