These terms govern your use of swifttools-eight.vercel.app ("SwiftTools"), operated by Obaid Rahman. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SwiftTools provides free browser-based utilities (the "tools"). Most tools run entirely on your device; results are generated locally and we make no copies of your input files.
2. Free use; no accounts
The tools are free for personal and commercial use. No account is required, and we impose no usage quotas. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; these terms would be updated first.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SwiftTools in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't misuse the tools, don't try to break the site, and don't use outputs to harm others.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Your inputs and the outputs you generate belong to you. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us. We couldn't, since we never receive it.
5. Third-party services
With your consent, the site may load analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense) scripts. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers
The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular:
- Calculators and converters are conveniences, not professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
- File tools process data in your browser; very large files may fail on low-memory devices.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obaid Rahman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
