About Image Color Picker
"What color is that, exactly?", whether you're matching a brand palette, rebuilding a design from a screenshot, or settling a debate about a shade, this tool answers with a click. Upload any image, click any pixel, and you get its HEX, RGB, and HSL values with a swatch and one-click copying.
It reads the exact pixel under your cursor, so zoom into detailed areas before sampling for precision. JPEG compression can shift colors at edges and gradients, so sample flat, solid areas when you need the true intended color. JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF all work, up to 25 MB.
Two caveats from experience: the sampled value is the file's color, which can look different on your screen if a color profile is involved, always sanity-check against the brand's official spec when it matters. And transparency has no color of its own; clicking a transparent region samples whatever sits beneath it.

Tips for best results
- Zoom before sampling: zoom into detailed areas so your click lands on the exact pixel you want.
- Sample flat areas: JPEG artifacts shift edge pixels, click solid regions for the true color.
- Copy HEX in one click: use the copy button for CSS-ready values without retyping.
- Build a palette: sample several points across an image to extract a full working palette.
- Check brand specs: sampled colors can differ from official brand values due to compression, verify for production work.
